Yeah!! One fine karate boy. No ‘down-in-the-mouth’ guys today (so many guys showing off their bodies look almost sullen, almost defiant or maybe arrogant!). I found enough fitness boys who are clearly happy with their body image for a post!

Going through the files to find the happy lads, I realise that once you get a group, or just a pair, the ‘happiness factor’ seems to rise enormously. We’ll be seeing some happy groups on this blog very shortly!
